These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Bass Alliance Group Inc. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SERVICES
Bass Alliance Group Inc provides business consulting and advisory services. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided prior to project initiation.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing for services is determined on a per-project, milestone-based, or retainer agreement depending on the scope of work. All fees are communicated and agreed upon prior to commencement of services. Standard payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise specified in writing.
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are resolved. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may incur additional administrative or collection-related fees.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of consulting services, all fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide timely information, access, and cooperation necessary for the completion of services. Delays caused by incomplete client input may affect project timelines.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bass Alliance Group Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or recommendations.
